The 100 Best Finds in a 30-Dollar Lot: #67

2011 Topps Diamond Giveaway #TDG4 Albert Pujols

Hold onto these once you redeem them, folks. This one was already redeemed when I sifted it out of the lot, but that doesn't completely undermine its collectibility. I can foresee trying to collect a full set of these (and last year's Million Card Giveaway ones) in the near future, so have them ready when I come a-knockin'.

By the way, I have recently unlocked a Clayton Kershaw Tommy Hanson (traded for it just after typing this) Diamond Die Cut over at the Topps Charnel House. I'm trying to turn it into a Ryan Braun or a Prince Fielder Die Cut, but to no avail. Anybody out there want to trade? I know there's also a Corey Hart and a Yovani Gallardo, but I haven't offered the Kershaw for one of those yet. Let me know what you have to offer.

Well I had a Prince but I up and traded it for Chipper. I'm still taking offers on my Strasbork so if a deal with a Brewer comes in I'll consider it.

I flipped a Boggs for a HanRam, and then a Joey Bats! I feel happy with that. My theme this year in the giveaway is to turn my cards into Jays announcer or manager/coach RC's. I've got a 1970Buck Martinez, an 8? Dwayne Murphy, an 88 John Farrell, an 86 Pat Tabler, a 78 Rance Mulliniks. The 69 Cito Gaston and Bobby Cox are on my want list.
