Admirable Autographs #7

#7 Paul Mokeski - Milwaukee Bucks

Need a big, slow, white guy? Mobility not an issue? Knee problems a plus? Well, the 1980s Milwaukee Bucks had just the thing for you. My team cornered the market on BWS's (Big White Stiffs) during this era, but none other was as beloved as Paul Mokeski. Take away his size, and he looked like a guy who you would see down at the corner tavern. Heck, his name ended in "-ski." While Randy Breuer may have gotten more playing time, Jack Sikma had a ring, and 6'11" Brad Lohaus would jack a breakaway three given the chance, Mokeski would get the "Mooooooooooo" chant during his seven minutes off the bench in garbage time. A Milwaukee classic.

Imagine if Gary Sheffield had been a Milwaukee Buck instead of a Milwaukee Brewer in the 1980s. Basketballs being thrown into the stands?

An impressive share, I just given this onto a colleague who was doing a little analysis on this. And he in fact bought me breakfast because I found it for him.. smile. So let me reword that: Thnx for the treat! But yeah Thnkx for spending the time to discuss this, I feel strongly about it and love reading more on this topic. If possible, as you become expertise, would you mind updating your blog with more details? It is highly helpful for me. Big thumb up for this blog post!
